Enrollment Management System Reviews

Our Enrollment Management System Reviews assess and document internal processes and organizational systems that manage and influence enrollment.

Key to the review is a campus visit to gain a full understanding of the institution’s strategic enrollment goals, and the strengths and weaknesses of the critical internal systems that support enrollment.  Prior to the visit, the college provides as much relevant data and information as is readily available.  The findings of this preliminary review form the framework for the on-campus working sessions.

The focus of the review will center on the customized goals in each situation, but typically includes the key internal systems that support enrollment initiatives:

  • the internal office structure
  • work flow and use of technology
  • setting and meeting numeric objectives
  • prospect management
  • marketing and communications
  • financial and human resources
  • evaluation and information systems

Following the review, we recommend critical implementation and communication strategies that highlight both immediate structural system adjustments and long-range integrated marketing strategies to move prospects from inquiry to matriculation.

We provide a written report of findings and recommendations, as well as an on-campus presentation and the opportunity for working sessions with the team to launch implementation.
