Our Enrollment Management System Reviews assess and document internal processes and organizational systems that manage and influence enrollment.
Key to the review is a campus visit to gain a full understanding of the institution’s strategic enrollment goals, and the strengths and weaknesses of the critical internal systems that support enrollment. Prior to the visit, the college provides as much relevant data and information as is readily available. The findings of this preliminary review form the framework for the on-campus working sessions.

Following the review, we recommend critical implementation and communication strategies that highlight both immediate structural system adjustments and long-range integrated marketing strategies to move prospects from inquiry to matriculation.
We provide a written report of findings and recommendations, as well as an on-campus presentation and the opportunity for working sessions with the team to launch implementation.
