Implementation Coaching and Mentoring

We provide on-going coaching for enrollment teams, guiding them to focus on activities that improve performance and influence student enrollment.

Leveraging the findings of an Enrollment Management System Review, and drawing on experience developed “in the trenches”, Linda Glover & Associates provides valuable mentoring to implement critical internal systems essential to meeting enrollment objectives.  We coach teams to optimum effectiveness, providing on-going planning, monitoring, training and support to develop and sustain effective processes that assure meeting goals.
